Working environment. Considerations for a Higher Education Institution

Teachers’ work is influenced by their perception of environment, projecting this into the quality education and product delivered to society. Therefore, study analyzes how environment manifests itself in a Higher Education Institution, considering affiliation, commitment, communication, motivation, recognition, other factors that affect performance university teacher. The results show teachers’ perceptions are internally differentiated, with such as internal empathy, physical integrity at work, remuneration, joint participation between teams, authority having negative connotations. A suggestion for improvement executing plans designed generate an effective organizational change detected weaknesses.
